Welcome To Fast Break Youth Basketball Friday Night League!
This is a great transition for our Skill Development players to use their improved
skill sets of ball handling, passing, footwork, and shooting techniques. Friday Night League
provides an opportunity for our players to learn motion offense, Laker Cuts, Dribble Hand Off,
Screen and Roll, Basket Cuts. We also teach man to man and zone defense concepts, inbound plays, and more.
Participation in Skill Development is required to be eligible for Friday Night League
*If a player fails to attend at least one skill development practice per week as a member of our league you will be charged for your practice whether you attended or not.
